|On December 15, 2011 the Inauguration ceremony of the Russian-Indian Scientific & Technological Centre (RISTC), Moscow Unit was held, along with the first working meeting of RISTC Joint Board.|

At the meeting the reports prepared by RISTC Moscow and Delhi Units Directors were submitted and the Joint Work Plan for 2012 was adopted.
