Research Work

RISTC research team has taken part in a contest within the 1.9 part of Federal Target Program "Research and development on priority areas of Russian scientific-technological complex for 2007-2013” under state contract with the RF Ministry of Education and Science and carries out the project:

"Research Work on the topic: "The development of the micro seismic sounding method on the basis of the newest instrument and methodological development with the purpose of studying characteristics of micro seismic wave field of the upper side of the sea floor Earth crust section in the shelf and transit zones. The development of an experimental sample of the small bottom module for micro seismic sounding.”

The project manager is N.P. Rybakov, EDBOE RAS Deputy Director.

The project is divided by 4 stages and is to be carried out in 2012-2013.

The 1 and 2 state contract stages report has been successfully rendered.

Round Table



"Effective exploration of the available mechanisms for promotion of joint innovative projects, commercialization of results of research and technological developments is a significant potential for Russia and India industrial modernization”

On October 16-18, 2012. in New Delhi, Republic of India, Russian-Indian Round Table "Effective exploration of the available mechanisms for promotion of joint innovative projects, commercialization of results of research and technological developments is a significant potential for Russia and India industrial modernization” was held.

The Round Table was organized by NP "Russian-Indian Scientific & Technological Centre”, Moscow Unit with the financial support from Ministry of Education and Science, Russian Federation, assistance and participation of Department of Science & Technology, Government of India, Chambers of Commerce of Russia and India, Business Council for Cooperation with India, and active organizational and methodical support of Indo-Russian Science and Technology Centre, Delhi Unit, University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, (Dehradun, India), National Research Tomsk State University, Russia.

Among the participants of the Round Table there were about 60 leading scientists, developers of innovative technologies and equipment. Also there were more than 30 representatives of academic and business community of both countries as guests.


7 memorandums of understanding and agreements of cooperation  were signed during the Round Table.

RISTC delegation, accompanied by Sergei A. Sizov , Dy RF Trade Representative in Delhi, held negotiations with one of the Indian Consultanting companies.
At the negotiations the areas of potential cooperation were discussed. On the outcome of the talks Agreement on Science & Technology Cooperation was signed and the   First Pilot Project on technology transfer launched.
